Big-Me Softwares ("we," "us," or "our") built LovelyRingtones with your privacy as a core principle. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (very little), how we use it, and your rights.
LovelyRingtones does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All audio processing happens entirely on your device. We don't know who you are, what you record, or what ringtones you create. That's the deal. 💝

None of this data leaves your device.
LovelyRingtones requests microphone access to allow you to record custom audio. We only access the microphone when you actively use the recording feature. We do not record audio in the background.
The app uses iOS document picker to let you select audio files. We only access files you explicitly choose to open. We do not have broad access to your file system.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Apple may collect purchase data and device identifiers as part of the App Store experience, but this is outside our control.
LovelyRingtones is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
LovelyRingtones does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no ads in the app, and no advertising SDKs are included.
Since all data remains on your device, your data security is governed by your iPhone's built-in security features (device passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, iOS encryption). We strongly encourage you to keep your device updated and protected.
Since we don't collect your personal data, there is nothing for us to delete, export, or provide. Your data lives on your device and is entirely under your control. You can delete the app and all associated data at any time via iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance.
