Welcome to LovelyRingtones! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LovelyRingtones mobile application ("App") published by Big-Me Softwares ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By installing and using LovelyRingtones, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
LovelyRingtones is a one-time purchase iOS application that allows users to:
LovelyRingtones is available as a one-time purchase of $1.99 through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, no recurring fees, and no in-app purchases.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You are solely responsible for the audio content you import into or record within the App. By using audio content, you represent and warrant that:
Importing commercially released music without the rights holder's permission may infringe copyright laws. LovelyRingtones is designed as a personal ringtone creation tool — your recordings, your voice, and original audio you own rights to. We encourage users to use their own recordings or copyright-free audio.
You retain full ownership of any original content you create or record within the App. We do not collect, store, or access your audio files — all processing happens locally on your device.
Please be aware of the following limitations inherent to Apple's iOS platform:

The App requires the following device permissions:
You may revoke permissions at any time via iPhone Settings, though doing so will limit app functionality.
The App, including its design, graphics, animations, code, and all assets (excluding your content), is the property of Big-Me Softwares and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Big-Me Softwares does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Big-Me Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We reserve the right to update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Your use of LovelyRingtones is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of conflict between Apple's terms and these Terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to App Store matters.
